My path to home ownership was particularly arduous, however, Dontrell was always attentive and available to answer questions, lend support and offer guidance. I did a 203K loan which required some additional steps and there was definitely a bit of a learning curve. At points where I needed more in depth information about the process, he connected me with subject matter experts. And when I had challenges getting information to complete the packet from my contractor, he was more than happy to brainstorm with me and help me execute a plan so that I was able to secure the info needed to move the process forward. I couldn't have asked for a better partner throughout this process. I would highly recommend him, and will certainly be sharing his contact info with friends and family who are considering homeownership.
