Well from the very beginning of the process, Dontrell was very informative. Provided information, listened to my wants and provided the price range I should be looking for to stay within my requested monthly mortgage. Between the verbal communications, Dontrell was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. He responded to emails within the close of business day.
