Everyone on the team was very thorough. The communication level was excellent. From explaining things I didn’t understand to making sure I didn’t miss any paperwork, the team really made the process smooth. The online system also allowed me to review documents before signing at my leisure. By the time I got to the settlement table, I knew almost everything I was signing. This made the process of buying a house extremely smooth.
